What this place is
Eighteen hours in a row right by the water
Shimmer opened in summer 2026 on the territory of the White Beach beach club — together with it, Sunset Bar and the second point of the NOMA coffee shop appeared there. Sea Breeze reported the opening on August 6, 2026.
The venue works from 07:00 to 01:00 and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner: according to the Tripadvisor card the cuisine is Azerbaijani, marked “healthy.” This is a rare schedule for the beach line — most of the neighbors close together with the beach at seven in the evening.
There is no menu, prices or booking system in open sources — we will not invent them. A table and questions — by phone.

Night by the water
The beach line does not go dark with the sunset
After sunset the Sea Breeze shore lives with lights, and the Shimmer kitchen works almost until two at night. The frame shows an evening event under the open sky on the resort's shore, a wide shot, not the restaurant itself.

Where it is
White Beach Club, the first line
Shimmer stands inside the White Beach beach club — a Greek-style terrace restaurant, an azure pool and white tents next to the Event Hall.
Entry to the club's beach and pool is paid and works by its own schedule — 10:00–19:00. The restaurant works longer than the beach, but you still have to get to it through the club's territory.
